Prof. Bobby W Lyall has a long teaching and administrative experience. He has a doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Applied Business Economics (Commerce) from Dr B R Ambedkar University. Presently he is working as Principal, SRMCM. He has also served in various capacities at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering & Management, Lucknow. He has worked as a Head, Department of Management, SRMCEM, Lucknow for a long time. He has also worked for many years in Industry. Prof Lyall has served almost for more than two decades as the Professor of Finance and Accounts in the Department of Management. He is also engaged in supervising doctoral research and published many papers in reputed Journals and edited books. He has been member of Editorial and Advisory Boards of many reputed Journals. He is also pursuing Post Doctoral (D.Litt) research. His special interests include Financial and Management Accounting.

Ms. Shivangi Sharma currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Sri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management in Lucknow, affiliated with APJAKTU. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Commerce from Lucknow University. She has twice qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) and holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. She has also enhanced her computer skills by completing O Level and CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certifications. With over two years of experience in teaching and research, she has published and presented papers in UGC CARE-listed journals and international conferences. She has participated in various FDP’s and workshops on research and management. She is deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring students, and is committed to contributing to the academic community and positively impacting her students' learning experiences.

Dr. Mishra is working as Associate Prof have more than 15 years of experience in Academics, having specialisation in Marketing Management. Doctorate of Philosophy from University of Lucknow. His expertise in teaching is Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Supply Cain Management, Sales and Distribution, Service Marketing etc. He has been involved writing research papers and articles in prestigious Journal of high repute & has got over a various papers published. He has attended many FDP. He is guiding PhD Scholars of Dr APJ Technical University, Lucknow and Pacific University, Rajasthan.

Ms. Archana Shukla is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of B.COM Hons. Her subject area is banking, logistics and marketing. She has joined SRMCEM recently. She is hardworking , devoting and adaptable person with good communication skill.
She has the ability to help students learn about new ideas or new ways of thinking about the world by sharing their knowledge with them.

Aishwarya Gupta, Assistant Professor , Department B.Com (H) at Shri Ramswaroop memorial college of management , Lucknow. Posses M.Com and B.Com degree.
