Dr. Priyanka Srivastava is an Associate Professor, Department of Management, in the area of Finance and Economics at Shri Ramswaroop college of Management, Luck now. She is currently the Head of Department for the BBA and BCH Program. Her subject area are Operations Management & Supply Chain Management. She has almost 23 years of work experience in academics. She has contributed research papers in Journals, National and International conferences. Her qualifications are M.Phil. (Economics), MA (Economics) PGDBM (Finance), and qualified NPTEL, UHV courses. She has Completed FDP on Data Analysis using IBM SPSS from January2023- May2023 (Module1-4) from Indian Institute Of Management Kozhikode. She is also currently a member of LMA, AIMA.

Prof. Bobby W Lyall has a long teaching and administrative experience. He has a doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Applied Business Economics (Commerce) from Dr B R Ambedkar University. Presently he is working as Principal, SRMCM. He has also served in various capacities at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering & Management, Lucknow. He has worked as a Head, Department of Management, SRMCEM, Lucknow for a long time. He has also worked for many years in Industry. Prof Lyall has served almost for more than two decades as the Professor of Finance and Accounts in the Department of Management. He is also engaged in supervising doctoral research and published many papers in reputed Journals and edited books. He has been member of Editorial and Advisory Boards of many reputed Journals. He is also pursuing Post Doctoral (D.Litt) research. His special interests include Financial and Management Accounting.

Dr. Vinay Kumar Yadav holds a PhD in Business Economics, an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, and an MA in Yoga Science. He has over 15 years of academic experience and two years of corporate exposure. His areas of interest include Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Rural Management, Strategic Management, Design Thinking, Soft Skills Development, International Business, Human Values & Professional Ethics, and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Yadav has actively contributed to the academic community by presenting research papers at national and international conferences, publishing in renowned journals, and authoring chapters in edited books. He has also participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and completed knowledge-enhancing courses from NPTEL, further strengthening his expertise.

Ms. Aarti Gupta is an Assistant Professor, working as teaching faculty for Department of BBA. Her qualification is PhD. (Pursuing) ,UGC-NET, and M. Com. She’s a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Professor at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering & Management, Lucknow, affiliated with AKTU. With over four years of enriching experience in both academia and industry, she is a specialist in Accounting and Finance, with a strong focus on Research & Innovation. Beyond teaching, she is actively participating in research and collaborative projects that contribute to advancements teaching field. Her academic journey reflects her deep commitment to education, having taught a wide array of subjects, including Accounting, Finance, Research Methodology, and Business Communication..

He completed his MBA with a dual specialization in Marketing and HR in 2021 and is currently advancing his academic journey by pursuing a PhD in Green Marketing. Alongside his academic and research pursuits, Mr. Shukla has a strong passion for dramatics and has participated in several events, showcasing his creative and expressive abilities. His teaching philosophy combines academic rigor with real-world insights and creative methodologies, fostering an engaging learning environment for his students.

She is striving to create an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence. Her areas of interest include finance and marketing. Beyond teaching, she is actively participating in research and collaborative projects that contribute to advancements in the teaching field. She looks forward to inspiring and being inspired by the bright minds at SRMCEM.She is also taking charge as an Associate NCC Officer 67 UP BN. She has 3 year of total experience in teaching at Wilson College, Charni Road, Mumbai.

Dr. Prabhat Srivastava, Assistant Professor, Doctorate In Management and M. B. A. with Marketing specialization. He is having more than 17 years of total experience (15 years in Academics including 2 years of corporate). His interested areas are Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Rural Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He has presented various papers in different National and International Conferences, publications in National and International Journals and attended many Faculty Development Programmes and holds knowledge enhancing courses certificates in Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing and HADOOP approved by AICTE&UGC.

Miss Monika Sonker is presently working as an Assistant Professor, at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Group of Professional Colleges (SRMCEM), Lucknow (U.P.). She completed her B.com from the University of Lucknow in 2015. She has completed her M.Com. (Master of pure Commerce from the University of Lucknow in 2017 and Qualified UGC NET:- Qualified UGC NET in commerce in December - 2021 & June – 2022 (merged cycles). Qualified UGC NET.in commerce December -2022. Qualified UGC NET in commerce in June – 2023 Her fields of interest include Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, Statistical Methods, and Research methodology. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the field of Human Resources Management. She has several national and international papers and research works.

Dr. M.P. Singh has completed his Ph.d in commerce from LU & done MBA with finance specialization. In SRMCEM, he is working as an Assistant Professor and having 21 years of experience in Higher education. To maintain his credit he has presented & published several research papers.

Ms. Akanksha Mishra is an Assistant professor with 4 years of experience in academics. Her academic qualification covers- B.com, M.com, B.Ed .Her teaching interest includes Principle of Management, Business organization, International trade, Banking, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Law, company Law, Business Environment, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behaviour etc. Moreover she has also participated in various workshops, conferences & Seminar by contributing papers in her domain.
